A Little Note About Delivery
We send all our parcels by First Class post. Since we’re based on an island, the post can sometimes take a little longer than usual. If you’re ordering a gift, we’d recommend placing your order a bit early—just to be safe and avoid any last-minute worries.
To help us get your parcel to you quickly, please double-check that your delivery address and postcode are correct when ordering. Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for parcels sent to the wrong address.
Also if your order is a gift, just let us know when you order—we’ll be happy to gift wrap it for you!
Stock Availability Notice for Hampers
While we do our very best to ensure all items are in stock, occasionally a product may become unavailable. In this case, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value. Any substitute will always match the style and quality of your original selection
